This Digital Product License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Julianne Condia , hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor," and the purchaser of the mini-course titled "The Pinterest Vault," hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."

1. License Grant

1.1 Scope of License: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the digital content included in "The Pinterest Vault" mini-course (the "Digital Product") for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Restrictions: Licensee shall not sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Digital Product available to any third party. The license granted herein is for the use of the Digital Product by the Licensee only.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership: Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Digital Product, including all intellectual property rights.

2.2 No Modifications: Licensee agrees not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Digital Product.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Payment: In consideration for the license granted herein, Licensee agrees to pay the specified fee of $97 for "The Pinterest Vault" mini-course as determined by the Licensor.

3.2 Refunds: No refunds will be provided once the Digital Product has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Term and Termination

4.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence upon the date of purchase and shall continue until terminated by either party.

4.2 Termination: Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee shall cease all use of the Digital Product.

5. Confidentiality

Licensee agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by the Licensor and not to disclose such information to third parties.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
